At reception, there is a charming lady with a slight Slavic accent, which gives her a lot of charm. I would love to go hiking with her, especially in Corsica, where we have shared some memories. Charming and unpretentious, she is a rare gem who should be well paid to keep her at this establishment. I wish her a good day. PH

Really easy. Storage is at a shop rather than in lockers but it felt safe and was extremely efficient.

1st location was listed incorrectly, contacted company and they sorted this straight away. Location was great, easy to find and owner was superb. Even gave me time to organise my bags.

We didn't check the timetable and caught her just as everything was closing, but she took the trouble to reopen everything to give us our suitcases. The girl is very friendly and saved our lives because otherwise we wouldn't have made the bus.
