Friendly service and everything went smoothly. Just a few minor things: (1) it's not that close of a walk to Union Station, but you can cut the walking down to a few minutes if you take the 106 bus to and from. (2) It was hard to find the place or figure out how to get in due to the lack of signage.

It was difficult to find the place where I have to leave the baggage, but at the end it was good place. You have to take a car to get there because walking by the street is not safe and I couldn’t get public transport

Very easy to drop off and then pick up my bag. Service works exactly as you would expect it to.
