Pas très satisfait du service. Comment pouvez vous accepter des bagages dans un magasin fermé depuis plusieurs jours, voire plusieurs semaines ?  Nous avons perdu plus d’une heure pour échanger avec vous et trouver une solution de remplacement….

This location was close to our apartment on Augusta Street so was convenient for us. We left our bags here as our flight arrived at 9 am and we could not check in until 4 pm that day. It was much easier to get around without the bags! Guys there were friendly and efficient.

Easy to book online and we dropped the bags in a small shop. Very efficient and straightforward

Everything went really well. The storage location is a small store right next to the lower elevator to the Castel. The suitcases were kept in an extra room and labeled with cute little wooden tags. Everything was nice and friendly. We would gladly return.

Alles hat super geklappt. Der Aufbewahrungsort ist ein kleines Geschäft direkt neben dem unteren Fahrstuhl zum Castel. Die Koffer wurden in einem Extraraum aufbewahrt und mit süßen kleinen Holzanhängern gekennzeichnet. Alles nett und freundlich. Gerne wieder.
