“Staff were polite and efficient. My only concern was that our case was stored in a room behind the main counter. The door to the room was wide open when we dropped off the case and picked it up. It was clearly visible from the shop when we went to pick it up. As we hadn’t specified a pick up time I can only assume the case was in that location for the duration.”R

I lived in Leeds previously so knew where it was and was convenient for my journey from the train station to the bus, station. Friendly staff who were great.
