Friendly staff, very clean store, convenient location for downtown and station

Very well located with excellent secure service

We pre-booked beforehand and all we did was show them the QR code so it was easy. The staff took photos of the luggage too which made me feel secure. It took a while to find the place because it's actually inside a shop and you can't tell it's a storage place, however there's a small "Radical Storage" sticker on their window.
