Very easy experience, bags were dropped off in a few minutes and are locked in a storage room out the back. Location is across the road from the Gadigal Metro station or 2 blocks from Townhall Train station so its perfect.

Everything went very smoothly, we had no problem either finding the place or letting our luggage. Since they didn't give us any slip or anything, I was wondering how it worked but they actually take a photo of our luggage when we leave them, photo which is associated with the QR code so that's both simple and efficient.
