Great experience and luggage is safe. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially to the auntie who’s managing in the counter bar. She’s very sweet even offered us a cold water. You will find lil difficult of the location however when you enter the sea gate in old town kotor, its just 5-6mins walking inside. Overall great storage when you are on your last stop to kotor old town. A quick tour, buy last minute souvenirs and enjoy some delicious food before heading to airport.B

The location is in a restaurant in Old Town so you don’t have access via taxi for drop off or pick up but it worked fine for us to spend the day in Kotor before retrieving the luggage in the late afternoon to take the ferry to Dubrovnik. It isn’t locked away but they seem to generally keep an eye on it.B

Really easy to drop off and pick luggage up. However, no ticket system, you just leave your bags at the hotel reception. They don't ask to see proof of booking and don't ask for anything when you pick up. It was absolutely fine, the staff were very nice, it didn't seem very secure but I'd use the service again!A

Central dans Kotor, facile à trouver. Les bagages sont laissés dans la salle du resto, pas dans un endroit à part. Mais nous n'avons pas eu de problème pour les déposer ou les récupérer. Serveur très sympathique. Personne n'a scanné mon code en revanche, sécurité un peu moyenne donc.M

My experience with leaving my luggage at this place was decent overall, but the luggage storage system could be more secure. The bags are simply left at the reception area of the restaurant, visible to everyone. However, I did not encounter any issues with retrieving my luggage when I returned and the staff were kind.N
