Kind, thoughtful staff with amazing customer service.

We arrived to do our bags and they took them - job done. The location was easy to find and close to the centre. When we collected our bags, we mentioned that we were going to the airport. The two members of staff booked us a taxi, invited us to sit down and gave us a bottle of water. They were so kind! What a lovely example of going above and beyond the expectations. We felt as if we picked the wrong hotel and we wished we stayed at this hotel! Lovely men.
