Location (restaurant) initially seemed odd, but everything was easy—just walked up with luggage and QR code, they took pics of the luggage, and then went back to pick it up a few days later, also simple. Quick walk (less than 10 minutes) to Tokyo Station, and not difficult to find.

Safe and staff are friendly. Easy to find. I had doubts about this but after research found this has the best review, much better ratings than placing at Centrale station for example. I would use this company again when I travel to somewhere else in the future.
