There were different opening hours on the door, but there was also a telephone number where you could send a WhatsApp message and receive an immediate reply saying that he would be there in 5 minutes. It took a little longer in the end, but it worked out well and the owner was there ahead of time at the agreed pick-up time. 👍

Es standen zwar andere Öffnungszeiten an der Tür aber auch eine Telefonnummer, wo man ein WhatsApp schicken konnte und umgehend geantwortet wurde, dass er in 5 Minuten da sei. Es waren etwas mehr am Ende aber es hat gut geklappt und zum vereinbarten Abholtermin war der  Inhaber überpünktlich da. 👍

Convenient and easy luggage storage service if you are running around Bangkok and you don't want to carry around your luggage. We had several hours between the checkout of our hotel and our departure flight, so using this storage unit allowed us to explore the city and malls a little more before our flight. The attendant was very helpful and accommodating as well when we had to take a few minutes to rearrange our luggage before we left for our flight.

This place was great! We had to kill an afternoon before our AirBNB would be ready. The storage was very reasonable and it’s at Gaspar’s Grotto, which has phenomenal food and drink. You walk in the front door, show the QR code, and they take it upstairs. Same in reverse to leave and they are very friendly. It was the perfect solution for our group.

An excellent luggage storage experience in Madrid, allowing you to explore the capital at your leisure. Perfect service and excellent welcome. Due to ongoing construction work between the station and the luggage storage facility, the route has been changed and is longer because of the safety barriers. There was a small issue with the GPS location, which was not accurate. We had a bit of trouble finding it.

Very convenient, located on the left as you exit the station onto Corso Milano, next to the station stairs. The staff are very friendly, and your luggage will be left exactly as you left it. Highly recommended.
