“The staff at the store are very friendly, the opening hours are convenient, and we feel completely confident in the service. Our only complaint is the lack of a receipt or some kind of proof of purchase for collection.”D

“Unsual that it's a supermarket, but afer reading tems and conditions it sounds like a part of business model of Radical Storage, they often use grocery stores, cafees, hotels. The staff was friendly, they took luggage into backroom. They are open until 9pm. The procedure of taking over was just a QR code scann from the app upon leaving off and taking the luggage. Very simple.”S

“Staff took the effort to arrive on the agreed upon time during pickup of the luggage. Had she been late, we would have missed our train. Quite nice and friendly too.”L

“The weirdest experience. It’s in a random small grocery store and you’d have no idea otherwise as there is minimal to no signage.
They take your luggage into the back of the store, idk if it’s locked up or not. I couldn’t see. But, they kept our things safe so it worked.”M

“It was difficult to find the drop off, the directions given take you to a bank. I called the number and was directed to the correct location. All smooth from then on.”C

“Goed geregeld! Fijn om zonder bagage de stad in te kunnen. Verwacht geen lockers, de bediende nam de koffers mee naar achteren, geen idee hoe het dan opgeborgen wordt.”C

“We found the service very easy to use. Booked our bags online and downloaded the app. This made it very easy to find the shop. The people running the shop were friendly and efficient, minimal fuss.
It was not a bad rate to pay in order to enjoy Girona before flying out. I think it was worth it and I’d use the service again.”S

“Felt strange to leave bags at the grocery store, but it was super smooth and reliable. Google maps couldn’t lead us to Lock and Roll which is a more traditional locker set up, but this worked just fine.”D

“It went very well. Customers should know that it is handled by the store clerk and not locked up individually. I had to ask a neighbor to find the location as it looks like a convenience store from the street. No cash etc. Only through the app.”E

“my first experience with Radical Storage and it was a good one. No problems. The gentlemen running the franchise was very helpful, AND fortunately for me, he also spoke English. Radical Storage is really close to the Girona train/bus station, but a wire fence has been installed on the bus parking lot, and Google Maps doesn't seem to account for it (yet). It's super easy to find the second time when you're picking up your luggage.”R
