Overall, I had a good experience using this luggage storage service. My bags were stored safely, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The only issue was that the actual opening hours were shorter than what was shown online when I booked. I had to collect my bags 1.5 hours earlier. Unfortunately, I only found this out when I dropped my bags off. I had already made plans based on the advertised hours, so I had to change them in order to collect my luggage earlier than expected.R

This location was a perfect solution when visiting Taormina for the day en route from Catania to Malta. We got the taxi to stop here on the way up the mountain and grabbed everything on our way back to the train. The suitcases were just put in the lobby all day but it felt safe and they were fine. Make sure to agree on taxi price from the train station before getting in. The rates are fixed for taxi from the city center and we gave him extra for the stop.O
