“The service itself was good. However the localisation instructions were not very clear. There are 2 number 13 and the one on the good shop is not very visible, so we initially went to the wrong shop and thought for a moment that the whole web site and service was a hoax…”L

“I was looking for a place to leave my bags after checking out, and since this place was right near my accommodation, I booked and used it. At other places, the hourly rates kept going up, but here it only cost 20 euros to store three suitcases (I think it was about 4.9 euros per suitcase plus a 5 euro storage fee). It was just like dropping off luggage at a regular shop counter; there were no complicated procedures—I just scanned the reservation QR code and confirmed it—so it was super convenient!!”J

“We left our bags here for a few hours, it’s literally a carrefour express, and we left them behind the cashier which doesn’t seem safe.
It seemed like it was their first time storing bags since they didn’t know how to use the app when we went to retrieve the bags. It was useful but I’d only leave them like that if I’m in a rush again and can’t find a locker”C

“Luggage storage in a great location, very close to the Florence train station.
Very friendly staff. Dropping off and picking up our luggage was straightforward and quick. On our next visit to Florence, we’ll head back to the Hotel Boccaccio to drop off our luggage.”D

“Excellent service (and very affordable) just steps from the station. Contrary to what other reviews have said, it's really easy to find!
As soon as you exit the Santa Maria Novella station, turn slightly right and you'll see the Hotel Boccaccio sign nearby: that's the place to go.
In the hotel lobby, they have a large area dedicated to luggage storage, and the security system seemed reliable and efficient. Highly recommended!”Some reviews have been automatically translated.
