I had a great experience with Radical Storage. The whole process was very easy to organize, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was impeccable—friendly, helpful, and professional. The price was also very reasonable, which made it even better. The business where I had booked to store my luggage was a barbershop. When I arrived the staff had no idea what I was talking about. So I contacted Radical and in fairness to them they sorted it out pretty quickly by rebooking me somewhere else nearby. My only gripe would be that it should be made clearer on the website how the system works because it's quite confusing at first until you realise that there are no official luggage storage shops, they are just local businesses storing your bagsT

There's no Luggage Storage at two locations we tried in Estepona with addresses on Google maps, named "Radical...". There are more supposed locations and it would be great if locals or others would report the misleading information because it's very probable that none of these luggage storages actually exist. Actually, as we were searching the area someone grabbed our luggage the minute we left it while trying to locate the storage.Some reviews have been automatically translated.
