They were responsive to phone calls but the only problem is that the address is wrong and they have not fixed it(it isnot but itis hard with laugage). It is a little bit far from Old City around 15 minutes but it is really close to airport shuttle around 6 minutes. It is a little bit up here so it is hard for people with disabilityL

Everything was fine with the bags, the location was perfect for us, the staff very helpfull, the location on the map was slightly off but they answered the phone quickly and told us where to go. Eventhough everything went okay, we left our bags inside a restaurant area where there was no one there permanently and the door was always open and no one seem to check which bags were from who, so we ended up leaving the bags with only clothes. This is just a note for slightly paranoid people like us.L

If you are around the old town of Dubrovnik and if you are traveling with suitcases, or even large backpacks, I strongly advise you to take a taxi to the location of this storage place, as it up a steep hill and many stairs.
Other than that, the bags were secure and the host even offers transportation to the airport for 30e. The transport was smooth and quick. We arranged to be picked up from a local beach and made our way to the airport with our safe and sound bags.
Would definitely use this again, thanks Antonio! :)J

There was very pleasant and helpful lady taking our luggage and showing us the shortcut to the historic centre. The only minus is, that it's in quite steep hill. Maps show you the address from the other side of house. You need to go around the house (more up the hill) and find the door pictured in the description of the drop-off location.光

The best owners, we could access our luggage throughout the day. We even got a transfer to the airport at 3.30am and they brought the luggage with them so that we didn’t have to walk up the hill, it’s quite the journey up the hill though…S
