Staff polite, hidden costs

It took a little while longer than expected to find the location as it was slightly off the main road. Staff were helpful and pleasant. Facilities were extremely hot and uncomfortable upon arrival. I had chocolate gifts in my luggage which melted during the few hours of luggage storage. Finally, it was only upon receipt after online payment that I realised I could have reduced my costs if I gave precise times for my luggage storage rather than having flexible times. This was not made clear at time of booking.
