I used Radical Storage to store my suitcase for our last day visiting Rome, and it’s honestly the best thing to do. This Hotel is the nearest around Colloseum to dispose of such services, the staff is fluent in English, and it’s only 6€/suitcase a day. Just to let you know how to access cause it’s in a Orange square shaped building with no ads on it ; just look at the bell rings and there is “Maximus”, it’s the hotel one.A

The place is called Bistro 49 and Google doesn't show the correct location. It's the street over the bus station. Anyway, got there and was asked for the confirmation, showed it and they asked me to leave the bags in a corner which I did. When I got back the bags were in the same spot untouched so I was happy.
Also when you book, it forces you to take insurance for €3.50. There's not an opt out option so be aware when booking. Other than than, no complaints. My bags were fine and would use them again if I'm ever in the area. It actually worked out perfectly.E
