I would definitely do it again and recommend it. Quick, no crowds (even though the Lanxess Arena had closed its baggage drop-off), and it's easy to do on short notice. My only minor complaint would be that the employee wasn't quite as customer-friendly after the shift change and was also on a video call during the return process.A
