“Quick efficient service both in depositing snd in retrieving the luggage.
Making the booking was speedy and simple too.
The only thing I found slightly tricky was accessing the QR code when I needed to go back to my phone after needing to use it for something else as the time for depositing and retrieving the luggage approached. But not so big an issue that I would avoid the Radical Storage service or that very good location.”J

“This worked out great for us as American tourists coming in on a morning train from Switz with check-in later in day. For about 15 euros, we were able to store 2 bags from AM up until 530 without much hassle. Just click a quick QR code in the store, leave bags, and the guy we interacted with was very nice and helpful.”C

“Though feedback email even before the pickup scared us, the chat based support helped to us to verify the luggage was intact. Finding the place was easy as you have to take left and walk straight from the station. Easy to walk to city center from the storage too. Overall good experience.”N

“The service was really easy and impeccable. I managed to book the storage with just few clicks, so the process was so simple. Upon paying, I was given the address which in my case was a hotel. The staff there was so kind and helpful and I had no problem finding the property or communicating with the staff. I liked the fact that the booking procedure gave me an option of timing the storage which cost less or the other option of a whole day storage which cost just a couple of euros more. My experience was satisfying and I can definitely recommend the app which I will undoubtedly use in the future.”P
