We dropped four bags at Radical Storage in Carcassonne after arriving on the train at 11am. It's only one block from the train station. The agent was friendly and trustworthy. We picked up the bags at 1600. This was convenient since we arrived early and our hotel check-in wasn't 'til 1600. This is a repair shop for electrochromic devices and they close at 18:30. Check business hours to determine latest pick-up time.S

The description of the luggage storage area led us to believe it was at the railway station, the precise location would not be provided until we paid in full. When we paid it became apparent the location was 300m away, this was a problem due to tdf road closures. In addition we could not find the actual location, the description given and location on google maps could not direct us the the storage area. It was a complete waste of time and money.T
