“It was a little difficult to find (it's outdoors in front of the sea just as the pier ends) but the staff were extremely kind and helpful!”G

“This is an outdoor (covered) kiosk right on the marina. Staff were helpful and friendly.”W

“We made a full day reservation for our bags. They were at the main port and easy to find. We just showed them the QR code from the email attachment we received. They took pictures of the bags we gave them, and kept them there for us. To get them back, we just had to show them the QR code again. Very easy and conveniently located.”M

“Excellent service, efficient, no problems at reception and then delivery at the agreed time, but we had problems because apparently the luggage was left exposed to the sun at high temperatures and a medication that we left in a suitcase was damaged (it was with thermal protection and temperature registration and far exceeded 30 degrees Celsius)”F

“Easy process. Directions take you to the right coming off the port but if you make a left as soon as you come off sick it is on the left a few feet down, blue trucks with the name on it - luggage is kept behind ropes with the staff. Easy”C

“Servizio buono perché proprio all'arrivo in porto. Si trova davanti alla funicolare, non è un locale chiuso. I bagagli vengono lasciati a terra in una specie di recinto sul molo principale del porto.”R

“The only thing is the name of the place or truck would have been good. As I walked right past it a couple times. As the name was different. Other than that it was a breeze safe and secure. You do not want to be carrying any luggage around the island.”D

“It was very easy to book and right at the Capri ferry. Pricewise it was reasonable given it was in Capri and everything there is pricey. Would use the service again. Thanks.”M

“Nothing is labeled with an address, but on Google maps it tells you that you’re here. It’s a scooter rental place, not labeled what’s on the paperwork.
Im finding ustomer service is really not a thing in Italy. They just put our bags on the floor inside the scooter rental office. It was great not having to carry bags around but I didn’t feel like they were secure, but all is well.”F
