This was our first time using this service. We were confused for a moment because it was an ordinary house, but a lady was waiting for us at the entrance! She was very kind and welcomed us warmly as Japanese people. If you have any questions about New York, you can ask her. They will help you without hesitation. They are very friendly and helpful, and they can even translate your language on their cell phone. I would like to go see them again when I visit NY. Thank you very much!

Nice folk. All worked well. The app had the opening hours wrong, but that wasn't the shops fault (had to wait 30 mins outside for opening). Support from Radical storage (re the opening hours) was good too.

Stored 7 bags here whist we waited for flight after cruise.  Great location and service.

My experience was very smooth. Very easy and so handy. It allowed to explore London on our last day without worry. 2 mins from Victoria station.

Easy to find and easy drop off/pick up. Near a bus stop too. Pleasant and helpful staff. The only place that was open on a Sunday near Firenze Campo Marte. Can use their bathroom too.

Perfect. I left my backpack for about ten days and got it back without any problem.
On the other hand, the directions to the place are not at all clear. I couldn't find the café mentioned. You have to go through the outside of the building and find the second door, the one with the stickers.

Parfait. J'ai laissé mon sac a dos une dizaine de jour et je l'ai récupéré sans problème. 
Par contre Les indications pour trouver le lieu ne sont absolument pas claires. Je n'ai pas trouvé le café mentionné. Il faut passer par l'extérieur du bâtiment et trouver la deuxième porte, celle qui a des autocollants.

Storage was in the rear of a crepe shop, 150 metres from our apartment. The owner was very helpful and accommodating and allowed us to use the toilet facilities as well as rearrange our luggage for the airport. I would highly recommend this storage.

Radical Storage is a cost-effective convenient place to store your luggage, just steps from Paddington Station. Once you hand over your bags, the staff scans your confirmation code and takes a photo of the luggage for their customer system. That way, at pickup, they scan your code again and the photo of your luggage pops up, making it an easy, efficient process. 

Excellent service. Short walk from airport. Easy check in with QR code and also pick up. 

Everything was great! The hotel is located close to the train station. And I was able to pick up my luggage at 15:30 (other storage rooms are closed at this time).

Great option for luggage storage while in Rome. Friendly staff and very easy to drop off and pick up. 

The staff here was friendly and the location was easy to find. Visitor will need to find street parking, so try not to visit during peak hours.

Worked great, I was worried what to do since there’s no luggage storage at IAD airport. I googled options and Radical Storage turned out to be the perfect solution. The actual place e-bike and scooter rental place was one block from the Silver Line Metro and walking distance to the White House and the Mall. The luggage was secure and the price was affordable $6 per luggage per day plus a fee ( for two bags 3.50)

The luggage service at Earthlings Cafe is a great drop-off for St James Park, less than half a mile from the stadium, and ideal if your traveling for a day time match/event or stadium tour.
I was greeted by the Cafe owner Gitesh (spelling?) who was kind, considerate and accommodating. If you’re looking for a healthy meal, there are also some tasty food options available here. Highly recommended.

Very good, the opening was at 9:00 at the same time as the opening of the store, the person arrived 3 or 4 minutes after, my luggage was taken immediately.
I picked it up after a few days with no problems, I recommend this service.

Everything was fine ,the girl extremely nice and with very good English ..it would have been even better if the hours had been a little more extended but that is the beauty of porto santo..I highly recommend it for the other services as well

The owner was absolutely amazing! He helped us with our bags and got us a cab. He was very charming. The food and drinks were great as well. We will certainly be back! 

Although there were some issues when picking up the luggage (the app wasn’t working) and the staff member didn’t speak English, he eventually understood that I had already paid online and was very helpful and friendly. The location is inside a shop conveniently located very close to the metro line that goes directly to the airport, which is a big plus.
