Excellent solution for location and reception! for those in Turin really close to the railway station indicated. Attention! the lift stops at the landing below, you have to take two flights of stairs, but they are wide and comfortable. 👍

Fast, easy and friendly, very close to Como Lago train station.

They were friendly and quick, everything was fine, even when we picked up our luggage we were able to stop for a few minutes for a coffee.

Very easy to book and close to the station and the town, don’t was very helpful to leave my luggage there before I checked in. One thing j would suggest is to change the “sender” on the email confirmation so it says “radical luggage support” rather than “radical support”, and also in the subject line, because with a lot of emails on my inbox the email was hard to find when I arrived at the hotel. Other than that it was great and the staff were nice.
