Luggage Storage Mary St / Queen Street Mall

I googled some sort if storage and found this. Was simple enough process and the receptionist was helpful. Price also quite reasonable. Its a good idea using local business’s to store luggage. I would use again

Hi thanks for the message , I was actually charged twice ( I can send through proof ) and not gonna lie was a bit sketchy leaving my bag in a random room where alot if people had access too , I thought it would of been proper luggage lockers , like they have at DFO , otherwise happy that I got my luggage back safe and sound

Luggage Storage

The website for the storage facility was easy to navigate and the facility itself was easy to find. The employee was friendly and welcoming. I didn't like the fact that my luggage was simply put in a room behind the counter, rather than locked up. In my opinion, this leaves my luggage/belongings vulnerable. The website should state whether the luggage will be secure and only accessible to myself and/or others. If I had known how it was setup I would not have used this facility.
