Very comfortable, safe and attentive. It’s a shame there was a branch closer to the port and the system directed me to one a bit further away. It would be perfect if the system asked whether you needed a taxi to get there, as lugging suitcases 400 metres over uneven ground in the heat was a bit of a struggle. But I’d 100% recommend both the place and Radical Storage.N

The process was easy, and the lady running the shop was super nice. She took photos of all the luggage to ensure that everything was logged together and had a locked room for storage items. We popped back for one thing, no problem. They are located in the heart of downtown Bologna, across from Piazza Maggiore and Neptune. They are in an alley - a little hidden, but labeled correctly. Very helpful and no problems at all. They close at 7pm, so be sure to collect your bags prior to that.P
