All set up to do it yourself, with instructions on the reception desk when you arrive. We did have to leave the bags unattended - just behind the reception desk - in an area accessible to anyone who came in to the hotel and there was nobody on the desk when we returned to pick them upA

The location in Old Town Brasov was super convenient. The staff there were so lovely and we had no issues storing our bags for the day in between leaving our accommodation (where we could not store luggage) and catching our night train. Made the day painless. Was super secure and professional. Highly recommend for anyone exploring Brasov and needing to stow their luggage somewhere.R

Location was a bit difficult to find, and when I came back my bag was picked up from behind the counter. It was unattended. Not much security. I recommend lockers instead.A

Luggage must be left behind a reception desk that is unattended. I returned twice during the day to put my purchases in my backpack, and each time the reception desk was unstaffed. Anyone can enter the premises; there were no issues with the luggage, but the storage arrangement and lack of supervision do not inspire much confidence.M

There was no one at the reception. Literally had to do everything myself (take a picture of bags, store them behind the counter...). When we got back to pick up our luggage 10 hours later, there was still no one there, totally unsupervised.
