Radical Storage in Salzburg was a great experience. It is a bit confusing to locate at first because the drop off point is not inside the station. You will find it inside COCO Kitchen, just outside the Forum 1 building at the Spar entrance. Once you know that, it is quick and easy. The COCO staff were friendly and took care of our bags professionally. Radical support replied within a minute and guided us straight to the right door which gave us real peace of mind. Our luggage stayed completely safe all day and the pick up was effortless. Five stars from us and highly recommended for anyone visiting the station area.

Radical Storage in Salzburg turned out to be a brilliant service, but finding it was confusing. It is not obvious from the map, so we took pictures for future visitors because once you know where to go it becomes very simple. The storage point is inside COCO Kitchen, just outside the Forum 1 building at the Spar entrance next to the station. You speak directly to the COCO staff who handle the luggage on behalf of Radical Storage, and they were friendly and efficient. The Radical support team were outstanding. They replied to our request within a minute and guided us straight to the correct spot. It gave us real peace of mind. Our luggage remained completely safe for the entire day, the system worked smoothly, and the team was helpful throughout. This place was so easy to get to from central station. You take the Metro train to Gadigal statio. Head to the Park St exit then turn left when you exit. Go towards the lights then turn right and cross the road. The place is then right in front of you. It's on the corner of Park St and Castlereagh St. You can't miss it. Drop off and pick up only took 30 seconds. It was so easy and it cost me $10.65 for 1 suitcase. I'd definitely use them again. 10/10.

The guys who picked up our bags were super nice, however, our assigned pick up point was Cafe Iqus, and it was closed when we arrived despite having the reservation, so I wouldn't recommend anyone to book with them. The service was really easy and impeccable. I managed to book the storage with just few clicks, so the process was so simple. Upon paying, I was given the address which in my case was a hotel. The staff there was so kind and helpful and I had no problem finding the property or communicating with the staff. I liked the fact that the booking procedure gave me an option of timing the storage which cost less or the other option of a whole day storage which cost just a couple of euros more. My experience was satisfying and I can definitely recommend the app which I will undoubtedly use in the future.

It rained a lot on the day of departure, so there was a lot of rainwater splashing on my suitcase, but they wiped it carefully and took it to the storage area. If you are travelling to Ueno early in the morning by shinkansen and have a short trip to other areas, this is the place to leave your luggage.
