The online booking was clear and easy. The only thing that made it a little uncertain was that the baggage drop place was called Copisteria, but the actual shop I was directed to by Google Maps was a phone shop with absolutely no name marked above the door. I just had to assume this was the place. There was no other luggage in there and no indication of storage facilities. The assistant was very pleasant, but had to look through his phone for ages to find which app he needed to locate my bookingM

Bags were kept safe, til we returned. Experience was a little surprising as it was within an old shop filled with collectibles. The owner didn’t speak much English and we didn’t speak Italian but we figured it out. He put the bags in the back room which didn’t have a door to protect it from the main area where the customers were but the bags were safe when we returned.Some reviews have been automatically translated.
