Friendly service from the two colleagues at the service desk. There was an issue in that I added and paid for a second bag but the scan code only showed one bag. I had to show my online Barclaycard payments of 2 x £15.50 to prove I had paid for two bags. Must be a software glitch when you add a second bag to the original booking.T

Great service. So handy when you have an early checkout and a late flight. The location was Barber Stop Ltd. Moat Ln, Birmingham. A perfect location for me, the guy was lovely and friendly, it was easy and fast to drop off and collect - no messing with codes or lockers - worrying if the suitcase would fit. Great value for money. Highly recommend!N

Shop is a short walk from the Bullring, its a barbers I would say that its suitable for small suitcases or backpacks. Staff were friendly. First tine using this company and was pretty straightforward.S

Good however the lady I dropped the bag off with when adked said I could be flexible about the time I picked my bag up, on my return the man at the shop questioned why I wasnt picking ul the bag at the allocated timeN

Bag drop location in a Spar shop was fine, but don't like not knowing the exact location before booking. For example I wouldn't have chosen this particular location late in the evening as it involves walking through a tunnel from the station.L
