“Everything was just perfect. I found the location easily. Employees was well-mannered and nice. I have an early flight next morning, but I also wanted to attend the concert. So I found this storage, left my cabin luggage, enjoyed concert, returned for my stuff and headed to the airport. It was easier then return to my place and after several hours travel to the airport.”T

“Friendly service from the two colleagues at the service desk. There was an issue in that I added and paid for a second bag but the scan code only showed one bag. I had to show my online Barclaycard payments of 2 x £15.50 to prove I had paid for two bags. Must be a software glitch when you add a second bag to the original booking.”T

“Great service. So handy when you have an early checkout and a late flight. The location was Barber Stop Ltd. Moat Ln, Birmingham. A perfect location for me, the guy was lovely and friendly, it was easy and fast to drop off and collect - no messing with codes or lockers - worrying if the suitcase would fit. Great value for money. Highly recommend!”N
