Finding the store was difficult as no signs on shop to say it was them, but once we found it the guy was really helpful and we had no issues

This was really easy to use. there is a lack of options for the more traditional left luggage lockers in bilbao. not wanting to lug our heavy suitcases in the boiling heat, via the app we left our bags at the shop in bilbao station. it was really straightforward and the man in the shop was lovely.
