The email confirming the reservation also included a map of the storage area (station kiosk/bookstore) and the response was friendly. I was very grateful for the type of storage in the back yard, not in a locker, which was very nice for me with my larger luggage. I will use it again when I go back. Thank you!

Good service but couldn't find at first because it's under a different name. Thankfully the local were very helpful

Finding the store was difficult as no signs on shop to say it was them, but once we found it the guy was really helpful and we had no issues
