“Difficult to find as there is no indication of luggage storage on the street and the store right next door was unaware of luggage storage other than at the train station. Booking, dropoff and pickup was good.”M

“It is hard to find being in a little passage on the first floor. It is also in a one way street that is hard to access by car. But really close to the train station by foot. Because it is a barbers shop, I was initially sceptical but my suitcases were kept safely and the guys were willing to wait for me even if they were closed. So it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for the price.”A

“I didn’t make it by the scheduled time,
but according to the original instructions, it seemed like that would be okay, so I left it as is and went to the designated storage area.
However, when I arrived, I was told that since I hadn’t made it by the scheduled time and had exceeded the storage limit, they couldn’t accept my item, so I had no choice but to store it in a coin locker at the station. If I’d known this would happen, I should have changed my reservation.
On top of that, of course, I didn’t get a refund for the fee.
It’s not the staff’s fault—to be honest, I think the problem was a lack of clear explanation.”X
