“The entire process is very smooth, and the location is fairly close to South Railway Station. The only challenge is a section of uphill cobblestone road, which makes it difficult to pull suitcases.”C

“Great service, but it felt a bit awkward having the hairdresser stop cutting hair to scan and photo our cases and put them away. There was also an issue with Google Maps 'Get directions' directing us to the right physical location but giving the name of another shop several doors along which was very confusing.”C

“The storage location was inside a restaurant in a shopping center, and since it was hard to find, I had to ask a drugstore clerk for directions.
The staff at the storage location didn’t even check my QR code; they just left my luggage in an open area inside the store, so I was worried about what would happen if my luggage went missing.
In the end, I was relieved to be able to retrieve it safely.”D
