“Great service, but it felt a bit awkward having the hairdresser stop cutting hair to scan and photo our cases and put them away. There was also an issue with Google Maps 'Get directions' directing us to the right physical location but giving the name of another shop several doors along which was very confusing.”C

“The storage location was inside a restaurant in a shopping center, and since it was hard to find, I had to ask a drugstore clerk for directions.
The staff at the storage location didn’t even check my QR code; they just left my luggage in an open area inside the store, so I was worried about what would happen if my luggage went missing.
In the end, I was relieved to be able to retrieve it safely.”D

“It's a restaurant, and at first it's a bit strange because your luggage is left in a dining area, but they keep a close eye on it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's right next to the central bus station, which made it convenient for us to continue our journey.”K

“The staff at the sushi restaurant were welcoming and reassuring, despite the fact that our suitcases were stored for three days in front of the kitchen counter, in full view of everyone, rather than in a locked room. There was no luggage identification with tags, but we had no problem retrieving them, so they provided good and reliable visual surveillance.”A

“The entrance to the storage room isn't clearly marked; ask the staff at the bar. Otherwise, everything is fine. You can book in advance or right before dropping off your luggage. You'll receive a QR code via email.”C
