Very poor experience. The staff were completely incompetent and acted in bad faith. me paid 10$ per bag for the whole day, as clearly stated in the booking. The drop-off and pickup times are meant to be purely indicative, and the payment clearly covers the entire day of storage. He pocketed our money without providing the service, and we left immediately with our bags. We didn’t receive what we paid for. An absolutely unacceptable and dishonest experience, avoid this place at all costs.

This place is easy to get to if you need a luggage storage near Sliema-Valletta ferry area. You can get there in 2-3 minutes across the street from the dock. 5 of us reserved spots and the gift store and the area is not busy in the morning, but pretty busy in the afternoon. The workers quickly helped us in and out, was very accommodating. The area of actual luggage storage is in a back room, felt secure, and would recommend this facility. The App worked well as the owner/worker of the store just checked his cell phone and saw the reservation immediately.

The person running the place was so great & helpful & trustworthy, that we actually left our backpacks with computer gear etc, which we never do. I believe his name was kim? I would highly recommend this storage place and we will absolutely be using this facility again. Total safe and convenient. 6 star rating if I could.
