We booked a storage solely based on location. The fact you don’t know where exactly your luggage will ve stored before you book is a little insettling. When arriving at the location it looked a little dodgy. Also apparently there was no separate and closed off room. We were hesitant but had no real other alternative. The whole day we were a little nervous. In the end we were able to retrieve our luggage without any problem, but it’s a shame there is a feeling of nervousness because of the location that we were not able to choose. Having said that, the website worked fine, and communication via email was good and professional looking and thus reassuring.

Excellent service

Convenient service. The shop is a 5 minute walk from Barcelona North Station. Quick and easy check in and check out. The only thing I recommend would be to put an indication on the spot of the shops that offer the service, this was not very visible
