Luggage Storage Tetuan Station

Tetuan Station

We booked luggage storage from 12 noon until 5:30 pm. First of all, the advertising they use to sell the service is misleading. According to the ads and their website, it's very cheap, starting at €1.30. It seemed strange to me from the beginning, and obviously, I expected to pay more, but I certainly didn't expect to pay €13 to store my luggage for even a whole day. Anyway, we booked near Plaça Catalunya station. When we arrived, Google Maps showed the luggage storage location as a completely closed door, as if it were abandoned. We kept looking, and it indicated that the luggage had to be left at a tavern near the door, but it wasn't open and wouldn't open until 7 pm. I don't know if it was our mistake, but that location, at the very least, was either permanently closed or incorrectly marked by Maps and/or the company. A disappointment.

Bags were all returned, process was fine. On checkout someone elses similar looking black backpack was offered. After saying that was the wrong bag the mistake was corrected and our bag returned.

Surprising to drop our luggage off in a market we were a little anxious about that, I thought I would be in a locker with a key. The people were very nice and our luggage was well taken care of.

È andato tutto bene.
Persone molto gentili
