Everything was smooth and easy, both the drop off and pick up. The place was a bit hidden but with google maps no problem to find.

We booked our luggage storage online which was easy. Gotta say it seemed a little sketchy at first when we got there, leaving our stuff at a mini mart. The guy initially seemed confused. But he tagged our bags and had us take photos of the bags. When we returned the next day we showed the photo and received all our luggage safe and sound.
