The service is exactly what is advertised: they give you a place where to store your backpacks/luggage after checkout so you can enjoy the city weight-free. We chose the one close to Jaume I, it’s in a Supermarket. You arrive, show them your qr code, they take you in the back and that’s it, same thing when you come back. Highly recommended
