We dropped off our luggage at a small food store. The welcome was rather cold, certainly due to the language barrier. The manager left our luggage unattended next to the till, accessible to customers without explanation. We left worried about leaving our luggage there. Fortunately, in the evening we found our luggage, which had been put in a small storeroom in the meantime. I was expecting to find lockers on site, or at least that our luggage would be put directly in reserve in front of us, so that we could leave for the day reassured.  I hope this feedback will help you improve your services.

Nous avons déposé nos bagages dans un petit magasin alimentaire. L'accueil a été plutôt froid, certainement à mettre sur le compte de la barrière de la langue. Le gérant a laissé nos bagages sans surveillance à coté de la caisse, accessible aux clients sans explication. Nous sommes donc partis inquiets de laisser nos bagages ainsi. Heureusement, le soir nous avons retrouvé nos bagages qui avaient été mis dans une petite réserve entre temps. Je m'attendais à trouver sur place des casiers qui ferment ou au moins que l'on mettent nos bagages directement en réserve sous nos yeux afin de partir pour notre journée rassurés.  En espérant que ce retour d'expérience puisse vous aider à améliorer vos services.

It was super easy; just walked in, showed our reservation email (they didn't seem equipped for scanning the barcode), and took a picture of the receipt.  The bags were stored at the back of the shop, but not in an enclosed area.  That was OK for large heavy suitcases, but would't not have been acceptable for back-packs or anything portable.

Was greeted with gruff indifference and lack of care bordering on rudeness by shop owner/assistant. We were asked to leave our bags on the floor in full public view, which was not reassuring. Waited five minutes and asked if he would move them out of view and he got very defensive and agitated and tried to take back our ticket receipts.
