At first, it was a bit difficult to find the bar entrance, but once I did, I went in and the staff were extremely friendly. In fact, there were no problems whatsoever, even though I was a few minutes late. They were kind and reliable, which is not always a given these days!

An excellent luggage storage experience in Madrid, allowing you to explore the capital at your leisure. Perfect service and excellent welcome. Due to ongoing construction work between the station and the luggage storage facility, the route has been changed and is longer because of the safety barriers. There was a small issue with the GPS location, which was not accurate. We had a bit of trouble finding it.
