Very easy to use.  The app needs a better description of which bag facility you need to use.  There are several at the airport.

Nothing to say about baggage storage, online booking and payment ok; at the counter there are unskilled staff both in terms of validating the booking and baggage claim paperwork. Agency location very far from the terminal entrance and very difficult to locate (it gives very rough location directions on the website), location unknown even to the information offices.

Nulla da dire sulla custodia del bagaglio, prenotazione e pagamento online ok; al banco c'è personale poco competente sia per quanto riguarda la convalida della prenotazione, sia per quanto riguarda le pratiche di ritiro bagaglio. Sede dell'agenzia lontanissima dall'ingresso del terminal e difficilissima da individuare (sul sito dà indicazioni di posizione molto approssimative), posizione sconosciuta persino agli uffici informazioni.
