I booked at Black Wave tatoo studio and the person in charge of the premises helped me to get my heavy suitcases upstairs as there was no lift and unfortunately this wasn't specified on the app. I've forgotten his first name but he was very nice and talked about his job as a tattooist.

    Luggage storage is located at a place called Indian-Nepalese cuisine sagarmatha. Luggage management does not mean that you can put your luggage in a warehouse, but coin lockers at Osaka Port are often not available, so use them if you are in a hurry.
