“The storage was in a cafe. Staff members were very friendly and helpful. Everything went well. However, it was not a secure self-serv locker.”L

“The owners were fantastic! The only problem was they are closed in Sundays. They’ve informed radical storage of the problem, yet it hasn’t been fixed. I happened to show up as they were getting ready to leave for a farmers market. They graciously allowed me to leave my luggage and arranged a time for pickup. If I hadn’t shown up at that exact time I would have been out of luck.”C

“Location was convenient, downtown right across the street from the convention center and Camden Yards. The staff were friendly, handled my luggage with care, asked what time I expected to return, and greeted me when I came back to get it. This was an easy, convenient solution to storing my bags during an Orioles game. Would do it again!”P

“Booking online was super simple the app was easy to use, and the chat team was really helpful and supportive. The location was changed last minute, and even though it was just around the corner, I still struggled to find it. The staff on-site didn’t communicate clearly, which made things more confusing. Once I finally got there, the storage itself was fine, but the overall experience could’ve been smoother. Thank you.”T

“The location was in the corner of a restaurant. Our bags were out in the open and the owner complained to us that he has little opportunity for communication with this service. He told us that he wanted to stop letting people to drop off their luggage and leave. We were concerned leaving our luggage in an open area near an exit in a restaurant. An employee of the restaurant said he was working most of the day and would “watch” our bags. It all went fine, but didn’t really trust the process”The global network
