Experience was good. Maybe because we had a hard time looking for a luggage storage facility since Bounce was closed. One thing the hotel needs to improve is verifying first the claimant through an ID or the QR code before release of any luggage. We claimed our luggage and the attendant did not even bother checking our identities first and proceeded to releasing our luggages immediately.P

Very humble and kind staff I highly recommend this luggage storage. It's a very secure place. 14 minutes from the airport. You can go there with your eyes closed.T
