Dropping off and picking up luggage is very simple. The only thing is that it is not a dedicated luggage drop-off point, it is a shop and one could get confused. You don't leave your luggage in a locker and take the key with you, you hand it to the attendants and they take it to the back of the shop. Anyway, we had no problems at all.

Dejar y recoger el equipaje es muy simple. Lo único es que no es un lugar exclusivo para dejar maletas, es una tienda y uno se podría confundir. No dejas tu maleta en un locker y te llevas la llave, si no que las entregas a los atendientes y ellos se las llevan a la parte trasera de la tienda. De todas maneras no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

We had a six-hour layover between trains and really wanted to visit Edinburgh Castle without dragging four heavy suitcases up the hill. I booked the Radical Storage slot immediately upon arrival at Waverley using the mobile site, which was lightning fast and very intuitive. The Angel location was a friendly cafe; they knew exactly what to do and were very quick with the tagging process. It was cheaper than paying for a taxi ride to a separate facility, and the convenience of being right by the station entrance meant zero wasted time trying to navigate the city center with luggage. If you need secure, quick, and cost-effective storage in Edinburgh, look no further.

Five stars is not enough for the convenience this provided for my business trip. I had a really high-pressure meeting at 4 PM and then needed to get straight to Port Authority to catch my connection home, but carrying my heavy garment bag and briefcase was unprofessional and tiring. I booked ahead of time and chose an Angel just three blocks away from my meeting site, which was super easy thanks to the detailed map. The process of dropping off and picking up took maybe 30 seconds total, and they gave me a quick confirmation number to show the staff. The security guarantee they offer is the best part, knowing my expensive laptop was safe while I closed the deal was priceless.

Very easy to book and close to the station and the town, don’t was very helpful to leave my luggage there before I checked in. One thing j would suggest is to change the “sender” on the email confirmation so it says “radical luggage support” rather than “radical support”, and also in the subject line, because with a lot of emails on my inbox the email was hard to find when I arrived at the hotel. Other than that it was great and the staff were nice.

Travelling with a massive photography tripod case, I always dread finding storage—it’s always oversized, awkward, and incredibly expensive at traditional left-luggage desks. Listen up everyone, my whole weekend trip was saved by Radical Storage. Me and my friend was coming back from a theatre matinee, right, and our flight was not until midnight but we had checked out hours before, so we was lugging two rolling suitcases around Manhattan and honestly it was awful. We searched on Google near Port Authority because we was leaving from there and found this service which was amazing. The flat rate was way cheaper than those tiny lockers we used before, and the store that kept our bags was like a really cute gift shop so we felt real comfortable leaving them there. The insurance policy really sealed the deal for me because I had some valuable items inside; honestly, I'm never gonna use any other service again.

Everything went very well. The luggage storage is located in a small shop (on the outside of the roundabout to the left of the post office) and the staff there are very nice and friendly.

Alles bestens gelaufen. Die Gepäckaufbewahrung befindet sich in einem kleinen Geschäft (an der Außenseite des Rondells links von der Postfiliale) und das Personal ist dort sehr nett und freundlich.

Es war einfach die perfekte Lösung. Mein Flug ging erst nachts und ich wollte noch etwas Bari erkunden. Daher suchte ich nach dieser Lösung. Der Abstellraum/-ort war nur wenige Meter von meiner Unterkunft entfernt und auch die nächste Haltestelle zum Flughafen war nicht weit. Der Service im Shop war ebenso gut. Die Mitarbeiter freundlich und hilfsbereit.
