Our cases were left in the front of the cafe in front of the counter, not sure how secure that was! The owner was with them (we assume) the whole time but still, they weren't locked away or even out of reach of the general public going into the cafe. I wouldn't use again for that reason, and definitely don't out valuables in the luggage.
