We used this luggage storage service while spending the day exploring Scarborough, and overall it was a convenient experience. The location was easy to find, which made dropping off and collecting our luggage quick and hassle-free. Having a secure place to store our bags allowed us to enjoy the day without carrying them around.
The main issue we experienced was with the booking confirmation. The app did not send us an email confirmation after the booking was made, which made it difficult to quickly access and verify our reservation when we arrived. It would be helpful if confirmation emails were sent automatically to make the process smoother and more reassuring for customers.
Overall, the storage location was convenient and served its purpose well, but improvements to the booking confirmation system would enhance the customer experience.M

Radical Storage is highly recommended place to safely place your luggage if you arrive in Rio early before your check-in. The staff was very helpful and speaks English. We arrived at 8am in Rio and our airbnb check in was not until 3pm. We chose radical storage close to Escardia Selaron and booked online. We Enjoyed our whole day in Rio without carrying our luggages!C

Great and easy drop off but be warned the hike up to the hostel is a VERY steep hill! We were given the code to the front door and picked up our luggage right by the stairs, so not exactly lockers but still semi-secure.O
