“We’ve used Radical Storage for almost two years and have consistently had great experiences — cost‑effective options, convenient locations just a short walk away, and friendly staff. Our time in Antwerp was generally positive as well, though the drop‑off point listed in the app didn’t match the actual location. After a bit of confusion, a neighboring business kindly pointed us in the right direction.”M

“Easy drop off, gave me a safe feeling how they did that with qr-code and taking pictures. When we arrived for pick-up the luggage was handed over quickly. Friendly staff.”L

“I thought I would leave my bag in a locker, but that wasn't the case. The extremely friendly people at the little shop took the bag to the back. So, you have to switch gears and trust people :). I got the bag back safely at the end of the day.”D

“長距離バスの下車場所から、すぐの場所で、とても便利です。ただ、目印にしていたマークの表示がわかりにくく、少し探しました。それ以外はOKです。”I

“The most important thing to note is that the location is ideal, and our stuff was safe and we were able to pick it up with no issues.
I do want to add that we were very surprised that the staff just made us drop off our stuff in a storage area. I guess I was expecting more safety- like a locker or something. But the staff is there from opening till closing, so nothing can really happen anyways.
The people barely say anything, which is fine by me.
Thank you! It was very convenient”L
