When I dropped off my luggage, the staff didn’t leave the front desk; they wrote a number on a paper receipt and handed it to me, and I had to decide where to store it in the room and put it there myself.
When picking up my luggage, I handed the receipt to the front desk and retrieved my bag myself, but since they didn’t check the number, I wondered if I could have taken someone else’s luggage without anyone noticing.
I think it would be fine if the staff actually remembered and kept track of each guest’s check-in number and where their luggage was stored.R

Great place to leave luggage in Amalfi. It’s really central and easy to do, the guys were really helpful and felt safe. We needed to extend our pick up time and it wasn’t a problem at all to do. It’s the cheapest option in Amalfi definitely if you don’t have the use of a hotel option. The guys at the port in the mini trucks/golf carts will store but it was stupidly expensive, this was a great alternative! Thank you!T

First time I have used this site to store luggage, no issues with the site or drop off etc.
I would recommend checking pickup time beforehand as the shop doesn’t open until 9am. We called the owner and he came straight over to give us our luggage which was nice. No issues. Would recommend.A
