Very helpful

It can and should be improved

It was the first time I used this type of service and as an idea I found it excellent. I found myself passing by on the train and stopped in Asti from 2.30 to 5.30 pm to see the Christmas Markets. Having said that...... I had to walk about 600 meters to drop off my luggage and honestly, logic would have it that this type of service should be located a few meters from the train or bus station.
