Overall, I must appreciate the initiative and the service offered, if it weren't for the fact that at the baggage claim in San Vito lo Capo I found the collection point closed, despite the timetable. An inactive phone number was displayed on the window, so I recovered the number indicated on the website. Too bad he played free in the shop that was unguarded and empty. No cell phone number was highlighted. On the other hand, I was able to greatly appreciate the online chat service of the radical storage app, where the operator, with evident embarrassment, tried in every way to find the store manager. Finally, after waiting for three quarters of an hour, radical storage finally announced that in 5 minutes someone would come to deliver my luggage, complete with an apology. Overall, I find the idea and the radical storage service exceptional, the organization offered by the mobile application, although I recommend obliging operators to indicate a mobile number on the contract where they can be traced in case of absence due to force majeure.A
